The structure of the test and the score weighting are all covered under a non-disclosure agreement; that is, no one who has worked on or taken the tests can comment. As to comments, you are always allowed to comment on the test after taking it but comments are not mandatory.
There are several 70-100 study guides available. Check Amazon or any other on-line book retailer and do a search.
Hentzenwerke will be publishing a study guide for the 70-155 and 70-156 tests and certification early this year (soon). Check that website for further information.
