See to it that after adding records in the child table, the parent table should be currently selected then refresh the form. Also, make sure that you didn't break the index order in the child table.

I have tryed doing a goto and seek (after and add to the child table)on the key in the parent table then refreshing the grid but it did not resolve the problem.
