This is an "issue" that we have had with the DateTimePicker ActiveX control. What we have done to get around it, is to move the control so that it isn't visible anymore when the page it's on isn't active.

In doing this, the control will sometimes "bleed" through (be visible) on page 1. I can then select page 2 and back to page 1 and all is okay.
