Thanks for the pointer. It looks like the machine that you were running it on did not have MTS or COM+ installed, and so trying to fill the list with avilable COM+ apps crashed it. I fixed that routine to first check for MTS/COM+, and disable those features in the builder.

I sent the updated file to the files section, and e-mailed you an updated app.
