That is a strong clue you want to be coding for some other place. Had the police raided the joint they would have dragged you in as an accomplice!

My item in my laundry list of clues to help me decide if I wanted to code for some place was to look in the restroom. If it was dirty, unkept and/or run down then that told me they didn't care about the employees, so I would decline the offer, no reason given.
