Why microsoft allows copy, cut and paste commands in edit menu
even in modal forms?
If this is not standard, those items must be disabled.
Why vfp uses a non standard solution ?

Where the standard of disabling copy,cut, past commands is
defined ?
Who has released such standard?
Why vfp standard menus does not follow this standard ?
