Hi Evan
Coffee at Starbucks or Walmart? I guess, you mean that hot, ugly smelling,
dark colored dish-water they are selling there?
A coffee has to be fresh made, best with an original italian espresso machine.
Every coffee that has seen once a warm holder doesn't deserve the name
coffee anymore.
What do you colonial settlers know at all about coffee?

I live in the Italian neighbourhood in Vancouver. People travel across the city to drink coffees and go to cafes here. There are tons of mom and pop cafes that have their own roasters and special blends. But ya know, despite what the coffee nerds say, I prefer Starbucks. I know, this is considered blasphemy, especially in my neighbourhood. Far from being the Walmart of coffee, Starbucks has developed a unique style of roasting (some call it over roasted) that I find quite tasty. Perhaps it is the Ben and Jerry's of coffee. Thoughts?
