Hi Dave!
Glad to see you're still active on the thread! I'm sure there are classes, or activeX controls out there that do this, but I made a hack one for us to use here that is pretty easy to work with. I have one class for vertical sizing and one for horizontal sizing. Each of them allows you to specify TWO controls, and then it behaves with the functionality you mentioned. Additionally, it allows you to specify a minimum size so you can't shrink your control down to nothing (this minimum size defaults to 50.

I couldn't guarantee that they are 100% bug proof, but I've had no complaints from the end-users here about them, and I'm sure you can appreciate the value in that LOL.

If you'd like to look at them I could put them in their own library and pass them on to you. Just either e-mail me or post a message back, and I'll pass that on.
