If you download FRX2Word and look at the code, you can get an idea how to interpret the bands. Also, I wrote an article about doing just that in the August 2000 issue of FoxTalk and I believe that it's available on-line at

>1. Open the FRX and extract expressions from the detail band. I'm not quite sure how to determine what is in the detail band. You need to look at VPOS (vertical position) value.
