Do you have both VCX and VCT files for that form? Can any of them have being corrupted during the transfer.

I don't know how do you transfer the files, but one good thing to do is to ZIP them and transfer everything in a single (or various) .ZIP files. It doesn't matter if the files are little, but zipping and unzipping them gives you a CRC check and then you can be sure that everything transferred right (or not).
