Haven't tried it by myself, but I heard some people that uses Citrix/Terminal Services in many customers (over 100), and has many experience with this settings, telling that the new statement doesn't work at all and it is preferable to leaving it out.

Haven't heard if they tested it in VFP7.

I can't confirm that, but it seems that you're not the only one having problems.
