Zaheer,

Do you have Visual Studio Service Pack 4 installed? There were some known problems with Arabic Windows and VFP6 reports that were supposed to be addressed in SP4.

From the VFUG newsletter: (sometime in the past)

Carl Warner reports:

Specific to VFP6 are the following:

5.4. Microsoft Visual FoxPro

5.4.1. Overview of Service Pack 4

Service Pack 4 addresses the following issues:

Enhanced and New Language Elements
The Visual FoxPro language has been changed and updated.

Server Issues
Minor improvements have been made to MTDLL COM servers that are running
under MTS.

Logo Issues
Several issues have been addressed to meet new Windows 2000 Logo compliancy
for distributed Visual FoxPro applications.

Bidirectional Issues
A number of issues that concern running a Visual FoxPro 6.0 application on
Hebrew, Arabic, and other bidirectional platforms have been addressed.

Windows Terminal Server Issues
There is a new CONFIG.FPW setting to significantly improve screen refreshes
of your Visual FoxPro application under Windows Terminal Server.

Miscellaneous Issues Several issues apply to Visual FoxPro as a whole.
