Hello again... Here's today's million dollar question..

I have several "stretch with overflow" fields in the group header on a report... All [other] fields and labels are set to "Float" and "Remove if Line is Blank". This problem is that the fields below the stretching field are moving down, but the labels which are to their left aren't! Is this normal? Just to help clarify, here's the type of output I'm getting:
