As for the EditBox, there is no way. Indeed, if you look at the Scrollbars property, you would notice that it just can have Vertical or None.

Maybe you can use MODIFY FILE, but to be sure that it doesn't WordWrap, I think you'll have to ship a foxuser with that set (or maybe set it trought the registry).
