I've seen it in 5.0, with .prg files, where it would simply eat up the first parameter, and shift the others one position, and of course omit the last one. I could reproduce it several times in a row (once it happened), and the only way out was to recompile, Clear Prog, quit, reload.

Haven't seen it in 6.
