Well, I deleted dcx and then did exclusive open on dbc. It recreated the dcx. Then I did validate recover. I lost about 10 views, which shouldn't be hard to recreate. I had a backup, but it was too old to go back too. Thanks for alerting me to the repair utility from stonefield. I hope someone writes a book on how to use some the stuff on stonefield sdt.
