A useful electronic reference for Windows Script Host is a series of articles in the vfug.org newsletters late last year.
Microsoft also has some online references but as I grow old and jaded, the complex detail and use of VB constants makes me wince and I fall by the wayside. The above articles plus some stuff on UT by Ed Rauh allows you to do lots of really useful things.
FWIW means "For what it's worth"!!!

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
