I consulted the FAQ, project manager section, for instructions on how to add the 16x16 icon to my .ico file so I could see the icon when looking at my .EXE in explorer. I have WinNT 4. I don't seem to have a 16x16 option, just 32x32 and 32x16 CGA. What's going on?
