That should have said " Part of A NEW Install using the disks provided by M$ or Fox Holdings.

There is no replacement install program for FPD2X. Sorry about the confussion. The distribution kit should be all you need to do it to. If someone had just pressed ENTER for those fields, that lack of data may be part of your install disks from now on? It's been a while since I had them for an install.
