>2) Start a study group either on the web or with a local user group. Having assignments and a deadline helps with motivation.
>3) The MSDN. This is an underutilized resource for studying and is available to everyone on the web.
>4) Similiar to #3, the product documentation from the vendor. IE The VFP, SQL Server, VB help files.
