I am trying to make a mini VFP service that should run at a low priority.

Can anyone spec some parameters I can give the .exe to make it use no more than 8 megs of RAM and the lowest NT priority possible?

Oh, and since this will be an NT Service running all the time, I assume using a timer to check for time-of-day will be a bad idea. :) Can anyone recommend a non-resource-pig way to do that?
