I don't have anything to add to the encryption problem, but you CAN include data files in the exe, Vlad. Just right-click and set them to INCLUDE. This is useful for tables like state lists and others that won't be changed.

In addition, some of us (Bruce Campbell for one) are including the DBC so that it can't be changed either.
