HTH. I once ran into a similar problem. Sorry I missed you on the first pass. I solved my problem by removing the PROMPT. Instead, I used a =MESSAGEBOX("Do You Have The Correct Paper",YES_NO,"Print Query").

A little archaic, I know. But it did solve my problem. To be specific we were using our first TOSH Printer/Fax/Copier, several trays and wires (traditional HP preference). Now, I don't know what else to tell you.

Printer integration is truly the bear of them all. Good Luck.
