Hello, Hemant.

Are the controls on the form moving by themsleves? Don't you have any code to change its position? Or is the form scrolling up?

If this last is the case, maybe you have some ? command or somehow SET TALK or something like that is writing to you form.

Do the controls return to its original position (i.e. gets repainted) if you Tab trough them?

Try this things and tell me more about hte form if you can't fix it.
