I think I will try to avoid the "PROMPT" route and work something out with the users. In searching the threads here, it also seems that GetPrinter() can sometimes fail...sigh. But I'll give it a shot. I also know that I could save the printer name to the user's record and use code to switch back and forth (ie. Windows function calls) as I did that once before. Quite a bit more work though if I can avoid it.
