Hi,

Does anyone know of a good third party RTFControl (or MS RichText wrapper) that I can put on a VFP form class? Requirements:

1) should have menus/toolbar/etc for controlling all standard text formatting including font, size, color, paragraph, etc. etc. etc. etc.

2) should have controls for creating, editing tables within rtf control

3) reasonable cost with royalty-free dist.

In case you're wondering why not just automate or use word - well - that would be first choice except that 1) Nature of app dictates that I work with imbedded control on VFP form. 2) Word active X loses activation whenever the control loses focus - which is very bad because I must go to a separate toolbar/list to pick variables to insert into text.

If someone has an answer for #2 - that would probably solve the issue - short of that, any help on a RTF wrapper would be great.
