Hi Agnes

>My problem is 'Are There too many object, so that the loading time is too >long' ?

50 Text boxes won't rally affect the form load time - Each text box only refers to 1 record so this will be fairly fast (maybe 2 seconds in total depending on speed of machine).
2 Grids, if these are looking at the whole table (3000 records) then yes these could take some time to load.

>Or. My form got too many tables, ? (I got put the tables, No'views')

You say you have 7 tables with 1-4000 records, what do these tables do?
Are they used in a select statement (maybe in the form load?)
Are they used in a combo box?

are there any relations set between the tables?
do the tables have any indexes set?

>Any solutions can make the form load much faster ?
To be honest the table sizes you mention are not very large - these should not take very long to load as long as the machine is reasonably fast and the correct indexes are in place.
Have you tried some simple database maintenance? reindexing and packing the tables?

The first things I would look at are indexes (maybe adding new ones) and packing the tables
