this might sound stupid but it is really giving us a hard time. We have a network printer with two trays.the printer is a network kyocera 3700+ printer.
one tray holds the company standard paper and the other tray contains blank sheets.
i try Print out the invoices of the system on the company paper and other reports on blank paper but i cannot. i created to two printer items in the printer settings of windows 98 control panel. one is set to print on paper tray 1(company paper) whilst the other is set to printer on paper tray 2(blank sheets).Every report i do is issued with a "to printer prompt" so that the user can choose.

unfortunately is choosing it's own tray , sometimes using one tray and sometimes the other . WHat can i do ? please help
