>Is there any way to pull data from a Lotus Notes NSF file without having a lotus client on the users machine? I've tried using the ODBC driver from lotus but it said that I needed to have a lotus client installed. What I want to do is write a report based on the data by using VFP remote query/view. Any help would be great. The notes data is on a network.

Bill,
The Notes ODBC DLL uses the NNOTES.DLL file to handle authentication and various other functionality issues with Notes. As such, you need this file available.
The normal behavior of the Notes driver is to check the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Lotus\Notes\4.0 or 5.0 registry key and look at the Path value stored there. This points to the Notes directory where that DLL is located.
While I haven't tried it, if you manually create the necessary registry entry and point it to the directory on the server where Notes is installed, it may work.
