Hello!

Our company is growing rapidly and we are considering allowing developers to telecommute to some degree. I was asked to do some research as to what kinds of policies exist among other companies allowing telecommuting and with what results.

If any of you that do telecommute to some degree could give me your insights as to what the policies are for the company you work for, I would really appreciate it!
