STOP reading my mind!!! lol. Yes, that is where I am heading. I have a staff of 2.5 people (myself = 1, one other (only in FP2.#) = 1, and one dabbler (.5).
However, for me to help pull them into VFP 6/7, I need my own training. Then, it is my intention to train them, and others here, properly!! This was the
whole point of my seeking a baseline 'do this...' guide to certification. I am now out furiously purchasing other books as well, mind you, but now there are some guides for me to use, not just the philosophies behind 'do it this way'.

BTW - there are a few of us here who try and program VFP. Anyone want to move to NZ? You will get a pretty good salary here. You see, many systems here DO use VFP and programmers get a pretty good packet because there just are not enough.
