You have to add ActiveX designer for defining the Data Environment (DE), add it from Project Menu -> More ActiveX Designer -> DE, then add your MDB and design the report as what you need. I think it is too complicated if you're using this ActiveX, I suggest you to use CrystalReport or ActiveReport .. it is more user friendly.. have a nice try and welcome to VB World
