What exactly is the property that change? DisabledBackColor?

Can it be related with the color scheme you have set in each machine's desktop?

When looking at the same form field properties from the different machines, the form field disabled background properties change on their own, depending on what machine operating system that machine has. This is causing absolute havoc in development. Please can someone advise. It seems like on the background disabled form field properties change, everything else sees to be OK. ??????
