I can guarantee the world's tallest building, a science centre that takes days to tour, SkyDome, Playdium( a high tech electronic playground that has to be seen to be believed), world class art galleries and museums, very close proximity to Niagara Falls, and so on. So when it comes to 'other' non conference related activities we've got plenty.

BTW, did I mention the US dollar is worth $1.50 Canadian? One last thing. Things typically cost less here than they do anywhere else in the world so if you want to shop you'll get cheap prices and a strong US buck.
