Try the following - there should be 5 digits following Esc(t - of which the first 2 are 3 & 0 (I'm not sure of the meaning).
??? CHR(27)+'(t'+chr(3)+CHR(0)+CHR(0)+CHR(3)+CHR(0)     && Changes Char Table to PC-850
??? CHR(27)+'t'+CHR(0)                           && Selects the char table 0
