Our top level form opens and everything displays correctly in the menu except the shortcut letters are not underlined. Once you press the < alt > key the letters are underlined correctly and they stay that way until you hit the < alt > key again.

Try that with the rest of your apps in Windows, its a global OS thing, you can turn it off in the DIsplay Properties COntrol Panel under "Effects"
