Once you verify this points, there are no problems with Novell handling huge VFP tables.

On of my customer ran an application that was handling millions of records in various tables over a Novel Netware Server until a few weeks ago. They decided to switch to NT Server because they had other problems with Novell (mostly about TCO and some software they wanted to run that was NT only).
