Try getting the setup wizard from this site:
http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/support/bldqpage.idc?productPage=q_foxpro&productTitle=Microsoft+Visual+FoxProHopefully it will install all the files you might be missing.
And get yourself a nice little parallel-interface, external CD drive. You won't be wasting time on this stuff if you have one!
