I suspect the limit will be a Xeon box and 4GB/processor, since that's the limit under the technolgically outdated Win32 platform, but I suspect that the requirement will be larger under the 64 bit implementation, which supports a larger physical RAM addressing scheme. MS isn't being shy about memory requirements; I'd suggest that your really do need 256MB under Win2K Pro and a fast processor; some things like MSDN Help take forever to launch with less.
