>Let me try once again. I have a form which has a pageframe and few textboxes and a GRID. I have put "set filter to command" to a table, which is main table, for this form. This GRID object has the records , which are result of filter expression. Grid becomes visible only when user click help like button.

>Now the problem : The area below this grid has few text box objects. Grid is over top it it (Grid.zorder=0). But grid is invisible by default. Now when I click any button which causes form object(s) refresh (and grid is still invisible), I get exactly same area disturbed which is overlapped by grid.

Try setting the Visible property of the interfering controls to .F., or set the background of ther grid to Opaque to conceal the 'hidden' controls that bleed through.
