Bought it. It looks pretty good so far. Covers beginner stuff lightning fast which is good for us with VFP experience then goes right in to data. I also looked at "Mastering Visual Basic" and it looked pretty good. Also I got "Enterprise Development using Microsoft Visual Basic" by Microsoft which covers the Island Hopper News sample. Anybody get this book? If so, what did you think of it? Thanks
