Hi Fred,

If, as you say, you don't want to use a listbox how about using the Valid event of the textbox to prevent the user from entering invalid data. However the more usual method would be use a combobox set to a drop down list.

In FP Dos I remember there was a way of doing this. In fact, with the space bar, they could scroll through the options. I don't want to go to a listbox for this minor a thing. Does anyone remember how to do it VFP?
