Unfortunately the SQL Server end user licensing agreement (EULA) says you have to have a license for each MSDE you replicate with. That would mean 3,000+ licenses for us. If the cost for 25 licenses is $11,000, that would make 3,000 cost more than a million dollars. We can write a really excellent replication app for a million bucks!
