How did you measure it? In Show position I see Height=15 and field covers the whole detail band height. I use Times New Roman 9, Regular.
In Group Header I use Times New Roman 9, Bold.
Anyway, putting 30 seems to did the trick.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
