If the tables are in a dbc, you can open the dbc either by "modi data WhateverYourDbcnameIs", or "use WhateverYourDbcnameIs.dbc". The first way will show you the tables in the dbc and their index tags. You can browse the second option to get the tag names. Unfortunately, neither way will give you the key information that was used to create the tags, but I figure that just knowing the tag names is at least a good part of the battle.
If they aren't in a dbc, then I think you are stuck with relying on your notes, your memory, and your final spec.
