>I have a form that sows animations (like move.avi) to the user while a long process is running. My problem is that when the user is clicking on the form in the back of the animation one, the animation form goes in the back. I cannot make the form modal because I have a process running while it shows up. Is there any way to do it ?

There's an API function that you can call to display a form on top. It's SetWindowPos.
