Chris,

>>Funny.... It will be real interesting to hear Jesse come to Georgia and tell us that it is a moral issue. Looking forward to that! < vbg >

Interesting to hear that President Bush calle dMr. Jackson to let him know he's praying for him. Class move IMO... And politically smart - far beyond what most folks think he's capable of I'd wager. That is, the prejudged liberal leftty loonies... <g>

You can't be dumb and fly an F-14 you know.. <g>

>>There is a part of me that would not mind seeing it go. I am just so sick of all the racist talk. It is high time that we as a country realize that racism is a problem in all groups. That of course, does not excuse it. I am just tired of being labeled as a racist because I am a middle aged white male that lives in Georgia. This country does have a serious race problem but it has just as much to do with the African Americans hatred of whites as it does the opposite.

>I agree. I am sick of the race card being played, and it is good to hear more blacks who are sick of hearing it. But so far as the confederate flag, why keep it?

Not all southern history is racist you know.. A lot of very fine folks come from that part of the country and I dare say that what bothers me is along the lines of what Tom said - folks judging others by the very means they do not want to be judged by themselves. That is, skin color.

>>We are very quickly becomming a country ruled my its minorities. Be it race or sexual orientation, the radical left, or the radical right. Minorites rule.

>No offense, but this is absurd. White males still run this country, without a doubt. Take a look at money and politics (often the same), where the real power lies, and this country is still run by white males. Take a look at the President, the majority of the Senate and House, the Supreme Court, most corporate board rooms, the result is the same.

Actually I'd suggest that we've entered a period where so-called 'victims' are having a disproportionate say.

Indeed.. Rush creams them all with an audience hugely larger than them all. some 20+ millions when the evening news gets what? 6-7 million?

Audience count is the only thing that does count. and Rush is king. Even when he had is televisions show and local TV folks put it on at 11:00 PM (here in SLC) or 1:00 AM in many places - he had the largest market share.

Just wanted to make sure you knew.... <g>
Best,
