I went to MSFT's Overview of .Net Framework. The rep said they are working on a gov contract for highway administration. All of the code was written in C#( web services etc. I was wondering why not vb.net. Could have been the developer's choice?:)But later I understood that most of the .net stuff was written in c#). As far as developing apps using c# or vb.net, I dont think it will happen soon. Here I agree with JVP. So in the meantime, I will take a break from vb to explore the java world.
