I think it's a great concept. I used to work at a place where we had a brown bag "lunch 'n' learn" from time to time. WNL is the online equivalent of this, a good way to pick up a little knowledge in a short, focused amount of time.

Personally I would prefer to have this during the day than in the evening. An online lunch 'n' learn, if you will. But I understand that this might not work well for many people whose schedules are not flexible during the day.
