The combination of my Linksys router, Zone Alarm, and The old version of At Guard has done me well. I used Jammer by Jammersoft before that, and it was pretty good with alerts too, but they have since sold out to another company and have faded into oblivion. I rarely get any alerts from ZA, althought I did have to open up port 6688 to allow Napster to work. Checking with the GRC.com, everything behind the router shows up as "non existent" With my cable company, the IPs are dynamic, exept they are renewed about once every ten days, and most of the time it coms back with the same one. Now that DSL is becoming available in my area, wherein I can get a Static IP, domain name, and be allowed to run my own server, I suppose I will have to make sure everything is still protected with all those new vulnerabilities that I am going to be installing <g>
